Sign iCLA Guide
Apache CLA short for Apache Contributor License Agreement, the purpose of this agreement is to clearly define the terms under which intellectual property has been contributed to the ASF and thereby allow us to defend the project should there be a legal dispute regarding the software at some future time. A signed ICLA is required to be on file before an individual is given commit rights to any ASF project.
The process of submitting iCLA are:

Click the link Contributor License Agreements and find iCLA under the Contributor License Agreements section.
Fill the content
Fill in the following columns in English.

Full name
Please fill in your real name. The given name comes first, followed by the surname. The first letter of each should be capitalized. (Note:Leave a space between family name and last name, remember capitalize the first letter, please write family name at first.)

Public name:
the public name should be a real name or pen name and not a user id.

Postal Address:
The English address is detailed down to the house number.

Country:
Please fill in your country.

E-mail:
Please fill in your personal email address.

(optional) preferred Apache id(s)
You need to choose a unique Apache ID that hasn't been taken. Check ASF Committers by ID to see which IDs are still available.

Please sign:
Apache only accept hand-written signature or gpg signature, here we suggest choosing hand-written way. Print the document and sign your name on the paper, or use electric pen.

Date: Signing Date(yyyy-MM-dd)
Send mail
Take a photo or scan the signed document into a PDF format, and rename it as "name-icla.pdf".

and also forward it to private@fesod.apache.org

This email should include the details from the previous committer invitation correspondence. It is recommended to reply to the earlier email exchange, then modify the subject line and recipients accordingly.

When you receive an email with the subject line: "Welcome to the Apache Software Foundation", congratulations! You have now obtained an Apache ID.
